How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped promptly; delivery time depends on your location. Shipping information:

  • Orders placed before 8am AEST ship the same business day; otherwise, the next business day.
  • Free standard shipping on orders above $200 AUD. Swag products are excluded from the free shipping policy.
  • Express shipping is an additional $15 AUD (excludes Swags).
  • We ship with Australia Post and International Express (excludes Swags).
  • Prices include delivery within Australia and New Zealand.
  • Most other international orders cost approximately $30–$40 AUD per order. Duties, fees, and taxes charged by the destination country are not included.
  • You’ll be notified by email and/or SMS when your order has been dispatched.
Can I return my order?
  • Of course! We have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Items must be returned in the same as-new condition that you received them.
  • Please ensure everything is returned with original packaging and tags attached.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • Exchanges are sent free of charge if you are in Australia or New Zealand.
What if I buy the wrong size?
  • No problem! We have a quick turnaround system to get you into the right size promptly.
  • Simply reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll get you sorted ASAP.
  • If for some reason we can’t supply what you need, we’ll offer a full refund.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are rare, but can happen with any manufactured product. We work with suppliers who guarantee products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.

  • We arrange replacement, repair, or credit where the fault is deemed a manufacturing or materials defect.
  • This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorised repairs.
  • If the product is new, action will be taken immediately; if worn, we will assess first.
  • Please arrange prior authorisation for returns. All returns (especially boots) must be clean and free of dirt and dust.
